Venice Beach hardcore quintet XCOMM have dropped their debut single Reasons today (Wednesday, September 17), arriving with an explosive music video and produced by none other than sonic architect Ross Robinson (Glassjaw, Slipknot, Korn).

The track premiered yesterday via SiriusXM Liquid Metal, giving the world its first glimpse into XCOMM’s visceral blend of vintage hardcore spirit and modern fury.

“We’re not interested in recreating what used to be,” the band explain. “Reasons is hardcore punk for people who viscerally live and breathe it, not just people who remember it. The song captures that feeling when everything feels like it’s collapsing but you’re still moving forward anyway.”
