Saves The Day are heading back to the UK this November to mark 25 years of “Stay What You Are”, the New Jersey band’s third album and one that quietly rewrote what hardcore and emo could sound like. A quarter of a century on, it’s still spoken about as one of the most important indie releases of its era, and now it’s getting the full anniversary treatment on home turf… well, ours.
The five-date run kicks off in Bristol on 17th November, taking in London, Nottingham and Glasgow, before closing out in Liverpool with an inaugural headline slot at Loud & Clear Festival. Chastity and Turn Of Phrase come along for support across the whole run. Saves The Day will be performing “Stay What You Are” in full at every stop.
