Static Dress have unveiled their powerful new single and video, …hospice.

The track is taken from their forthcoming second album injury episode, set for release on May 29 via Sumerian Records. Leaning into huge, arena-ready эмо influences reminiscent of My Chemical Romance, …hospice follows recent singles human props and Nostalgia Kills – the latter featuring Underoath.

Olli also opened up about the band’s ambitions following the breakout success of their 2022 debut Rouge Carpet Disaster, and the emotional refuge they hope to offer listeners.

“I think about younger me who just wanted to get away from everything all the time,” he said. “I had a really horrible time just being myself – somewhere there is the 16-year-old me who absolutely doesn’t fit anywhere, hates everything and was scared to go outside. Anything that could take me away meant everything. I want us to be the ultimate escapism band.”

Static Dress will be hitting the road throughout 2026, including Slam Dunk Festival on May 23–24, and supporting Bring Me The Horizon for their Count Your Blessings 20th anniversary shows in Manchester on July 11–12.
