Jamie Hails joins the metalcore giants for a cathartic, fan-fuelled anthem ahead of their next full-length album

August Burns Red are charging into a new era with the announcement of their upcoming album Season Of Surrender, due out on June 5 via Fearless Records. To mark the news, the band have dropped powerful new single Sonic Salvation, featuring Jamie Hails of Polaris.

“‘Sonic Salvation’ was the first song I wrote for Season Of Surrender,” explains guitarist JB Brubaker. “I set out to write a song that created more space for Jake vocally and leaned a little more into our hardcore influences. I love how this song came out and Jamie’s guest vocal really takes it over the top for me.”

Season Of Surrender also promises more collaborations, including appearances from Mike Hranica of The Devil Wears Prada and Make Them Suffer.
