VENUS GRRRLS dive into the beauty and turbulence of a bisexual awakening on their latest release

VENUS GRRRLS have returned with their latest single, Eve – a bold and emotionally charged track exploring “true romantic attraction towards women rather than a platonic appreciation.”

Following January’s 3×3, the quintet’s new release was sparked, as vocalist GK explains, “after our guitarist had a bi panic crash out over Gillian Anderson.”

Blending gritty industrial textures with sweeping guitars and synths, the band aimed to capture the push-and-pull of a bisexual awakening. “We really wanted to communicate that duality,” GK says. “It’s just as beautiful as it is turbulent. It was deeply important for us to express genuine romantic attraction towards women – not to be confused with platonic admiration. That distinction is at the heart of the song.”

GK sums it up best: “Eve is the love child of Nine Inch Nails and Fleetwood Mac – one that grew up deeply passionate about women.”
