Kid Bookie has unveiled a striking new single and video, Blame, featuring Corey Taylor.
Marking the latest step in his ever-evolving sound, Blame sees Bookie reconnect with the Slipknot and Stone Sour vocalist for a raw and emotionally charged collaboration. The track dives deep into themes of accountability, personal growth and self-reflection, delivered with both artistsโ signature intensity.
It follows the impact of previous single Rose McGowan, which featured Rose McGowan and drew attention for its bold crossover between music, art and activism.
Speaking about Blame, Bookie explains that the song came from a deeply personal place: confronting himself and embracing accountability as a path to growth. He describes the track as a โcoming of ageโ moment in his long-running creative partnership with Corey, adding that the collaboration felt like a shared act of vulnerability and artistic evolution.
Corey echoes that sentiment, praising Bookieโs fearless creativity and revealing he immediately signed on to the track after first hearing it. The collaboration, he says, is one heโs proud to be part of, both musically and personally.
Blame offers a glimpse into Kid Bookieโs forthcoming album, due later this year, and signals a new level of confidence and honesty in his work. Raw, cathartic and unflinchingly direct, itโs another example of an artist continuing to push boundaries and challenge expectations.
