Celebrate a decade of Cry Baby and celebrate with a Cry Baby (Deluxe) 3LP set, including a repress of the ultra-rare Dollhouse EP, because the first pressing vanished faster than our collective mental stability in 2015…

A whole decade ago, Melanie Martinez introduced the world to Cry Baby, her debut album that turned childhood trauma into a pastel nightmare we all happily signed up for. And now, like any good parent celebrating their kid’s double-digit birthday, she’s going all out, except instead of a bouncy castle and party hats, we’re getting limited-edition vinyl and merch that’ll have fans emptying their wallets faster than a toddler dumps a bowl of spaghetti.

To mark this very important milestone (because ten years in pop music is basically a century), Melanie has dropped a Cry Baby (Deluxe) 3LP set, complete with a fresh repress of the Dollhouse EP, because apparently, the original vinyl was rarer than a well-adjusted adult in 2024. (Seriously, those 3,000 copies sold out quicker than free Wi-Fi at a coffee shop.) Now, the resale market can finally take a breather while fans scramble to pre-order before this one vanishes into the collector’s abyss too.

But wait, there’s more! Because what’s a birthday without presents? Melanie’s also unleashed a Cry Baby merch line that includes shirts, hoodies, a handheld mirror (for checking if you, too, look as emotionally devastated as her lyrics suggest), and a cami top, perfect for crying in style.

In a heartfelt message, Melanie gushed about her fans, saying, “Ten years have flown by and I’ve gained such a unique community because of the creation of this character, Crybaby.” Translation: “You guys are the real ones for sticking with me through all the tears, twisted lullabies, and existential dread set to a nursery rhyme beat.”

For those who missed the memo back in 2015 (were you living under a rock? A very soundproof rock?), Cry Baby introduced us to the tragic yet iconic character of Cry Baby, a girl navigating childhood horrors with the kind of drama usually reserved for soap operas.

Since then, Melanie’s kept the weirdness coming with *K-12* (complete with its own very unsettling musical film) and PORTALS (which proved that even as a pink alien creature, she still knows how to write a bop). She even took her Trilogy Tour global, selling out arenas and proving that crying in public is always in fashion.
