Fresh off their explosive rise as one of the UKโs most vital new bands, punk-alt-rock trio SNAYX are back with their blistering new single, “Strut,” out April 7th. A bass-driven, high-octane powerhouse, the track is a defiant middle finger to modern vanity, nepotism, and the relentless grind of social media obsession.
Vocalist Charlie Herridge describes it as a sharp yet tongue-in-cheek dissection of digital-age disillusionment: โโStrutโ explores modern ideals and perceived values through the eyes of a social media-obsessed societyโnepotism, vanity, generational wealth, trends, and crippling addiction. Itโs social commentary without judgment, just the raw absurdity of keeping up with the Jonesโ in 2025.โ
The accompanying video, shot with chaotic DIY energy (โWe just chucked a fucking camera in the fridgeโ), perfectly matches the trackโs unpolished ferocity.
