Three weeks after first teasing it unexpectedly in a tour video, Linkin Park has just dropped their brand-new single and music video.

It’s their first new music since last year’s From Zero comeback LP which Joe Hahn has called “the best song we’ve ever made,” while Mike Shinoda raved, “It’s one of the best videos we’ve ever had.” (And Joe hinted it’s “a little bit mind-bending”—see for yourself below.)

The track comes from From Zero (Deluxe Edition), out May 16, featuring two other new songs—‘Let You Fade’ and ‘Unshatter’—plus five live tracks.

The band shared:“‘Up From The Bottom’ was created between tours, charged by the energy of our first shows back. ‘Let You Fade’ started during From Zero but found its final form later. And ‘Unshatter’—that bridge with Emily’s vocals? It showed us what we could really do together.

We’re blown away by the love for From Zero. This journey, and the bond with fans, means everything. Thank you.”
