Download Festival has just unleashed an epic lineup of over 90 bands for next yearโ€™s event, and itโ€™s packed with surprises!

For the first time ever, the Donington headliners in 2025 will be three bands making their debut in these top slots. Green Day, hot off their Saviors Tour, will be headlining alongside Sleep Token โ€“ who are about to kick off a sold-out UK arena run โ€“ and Korn, who just smashed their 30th-anniversary set at Gunnersbury Park.

If that wasn’t enough Weezer, the Sex Pistols with Frank Carter, Jimmy Eat World, Within Temptation, The Darkness, Poppy, Loathe, Spiritbox, Meshuggah, Lorna Shore, Jerry Cantrell, Cradle Of Filth, Don Broco, The Ghost Inside, Sylosis, Whitechapel, Fit For An Autopsy, Kittie, Jinjer, House Of Protection, McFly and more will be joining in the fun!

Speaking on the announcement Andy Copping says: โ€œFollowing on from last yearโ€™s sold out 21st edition, Downloadโ€™s legacy not only includes the incredible artists who have performed at the hallowed grounds over the years, but also our unrivalled community, safe and warm atmosphere, and fantastic afterhours entertainment at District X, with something for truly everyone.โ€

Download Festival 2025 (which is also known as DLXXII) takes place from June 13 โ€“ 15, with tickets going on general sale this Thursday, November 14 from 9pm UK time.
