Sweden’s most iconic Heavy Metal bands Arch Enemy and In Flames joined forces to take on the UK with special guests, Soilwork joining the two metal icons for an evening of chaos.

It was a beautiful day in Glasgow: the sun was shining, Swedish Metal was blaring through Glasgow’s Southside and it was the first date of the Rising from the North Tour with Arch Enemy, Inflames and special guests Soilwork.

The night was phenomenal, the o2 Academy Glasgow is one of my favourite institutions for metal here in Glasgow. It was filled with crowd surfing, chanting & mosh pits. The security that night was amazing at keeping everyone safe and there were also some fun surprises that I won’t give away.

The evening was filled from old classics to newer songs. Arch Enemy, Inflames & Soilwork didn’t disappoint, they absolutely slayed as they usually do and if you’ve tickets for the tour .. you’ll be having an amazing time head-banging and throwing up those devil horns.
